Marketable surplus

Dairy farmers produce 730 million tons in 2011.

Wheat is used for making bread.
In 2013 world production of wheat was 713 million tons.

Corn
Farmers use corn for food for their cattle, pigs, and chicken feed.
332 million metric tons of corn grown a annually in the U.S alone.

Plow
Farmers use a plow to plow their fields.

Farmers use silos to store their crops from their harvest. The amount a silo can hold depends on it's size.

Pigs
Farmers have pigs for fattening them for bacon, pork chops, and some other meats.
One pig in it's life time can weigh up to 500- 1,000 pounds.

Manure spreader
Farmers use manure spreader to spread manure over their fields after harvest. A spreader can hold different load on it's size.

Potatoes
Farmers plant potatoes to sell to us and other farmers.
Minnesota produces over 1.9 billion potatoes annually.
