WHY I LIKE TRACK

  • sprints are one of my favorite things to do
  • I can hangout with friends during practice and meets
  • It helps me get my mind off of things
  • It helps me gain confidence and feel good about myself
  • It helped me learn and teach teamwork and to respect others

  • It helps you stay in shape
  • It teaches you good sportsmanship

WHY IS TRACK FUN?

  • There is different things to do for everyone
  • Its fun winning races and improving your old times
  • The meets aren't boring because there is always something going on
  • You meet new people and learn a lot about your team
