WHY??

WE ASKED...
Many have asked "Why". An AD login automatically connects the user to a central server. Saving files into your server folder, will allow access to them on any WPS connected computer. One of the USER benefits

We asked Mike Wells, Westford Director of Technology, to address the technical benefits of the district using AD logins.

Mike Wells answers..

  • Centrally managed accounts
  • Password security management
  • Login to multiple computers in WPS system
  • One account can connect to many services
Here are a few bullet points from Mike's response.
