ACROPHOBIA

BY: BRIANNA WILDROUDT

Acrophobia is the fear of heights, you feel a sense of panic and are unable to trust their sense of balance.

Acrophobia is a situational fear because it is only in the situation of heights.

About 5 out of 100 people suffer from acrophobia. That is about 335,000,000 people in the world.

I have this fear because when I was 9 I fell out of a tree 10 feet high.

This phobia makes me afraid to ride roller coasters and go up into tall buildings.

Both my parents had this phobia until they were 16.
