Abraham Lincoln's Presidency

During Abraham Lincoln's Presidency he was being faced by John Breckenridge and all of south. After that Lincoln had been hated among the South because he was trying to abolish slavery.

The only reason why the south had hated him was because they thought that all African Americans had no rights and on the other hand Lincoln had thought different. Since the election the Civil War had broken out.

During the near end of the Civil War Abraham Lincoln had given out the Emancipation Proclamation.

It didn’t do much because it was supposed to get the Norths the motivation. In which of this event they had won the Civil War.

The first Amendment he passed out was the 13th Amendment. It abolished slavery.

After that he passed out the 14th Amendment in which this event it gave citizenship and equal right to all African Americans and slaves.

Last but not least the 15th Amendment had given the African Americans the right to vote.

After these events Lincoln had been assassinated by John Wilkes Booth at Fords Theater
