• Skyla is Naomi's evil, irresponsible , and alcoholic mother
• She appears as a bright, affectionate mother, but she is rewlly tricking them
• When she left Naomi with Mary she became a selfish, mean, and greedy person

• Clive is Skyla's mysterious, punk-like boyfriend
• Clive can be polite, can be secretive, and be dark
• Clive cares a lot about, for he acts all polite and mature

• Santiago is Naomi's loving, caring, and responsible father
• Santiago also seems to one Naomi inherited her shyness from
• He also a creative person, an expert carver, and trusting man
