A DAY IN THE LIFE OF HIE

PAYSLY JANE HILL

24 hour monitoring

630am this is how every morning starts

730am
CPT treatment begins! This treatment helps to get secretions up from the lungs! She has chronic lung disease

Cough assist
5 rounds of 5- complete pulmonary regimen takes 1 hour and is done 3 times a day!

Suctioning
Paysly has a weak cough and she is not able to swallow! Therefore requires frequent suctioning! Risks of aspirating is high

Braces for her feet!

Hand braces!
2 sets one set is to keep her fingers straight and the other set to keep her wrists straight

Stander followed by physical therapy to keep joints as mobile as possible. In addition the stander helps with lung development!

Working on stretching her ankles and proper hip alignment! She has right hip dysphasia

Working on sitting up and head control

More work on head control!

Afternoon med!

Tummy time!

Wheelchair stroller

Bath time

Pulmonary regimen done again before bed! This treatment is done at least 2-3 times a day!

Night time medicine includes 9 meds

BiPap machine she wears 12 hours a day!

Bedtime!
