6th Grade Band

Here's what you need to know about 6th Grade Band.

Sixth Grade Band

• We meet during 1st and 9th periods, Green and White days
• That's four different bands!
• We will perform together in our beautiful auditorium!

What you need for class each day:

• Your instrument
• Instrument supplies: 4 reeds, valve oil/slide oil, mallets/drumsticks, cleaning cloth/etc.
• Your folder and music book
• A pencil
• Put your name on everything

Concert Dress

• Boys: white dress shirt with a tie, black pants (no jeans), dress shoes (no tennis shoes)
• Girls: white button down blouse, black pants/long skirts (no jeans, no leggings or other tight fitting clothes), dress shoes (no tennis shoes)

Concert Dates

• Winter Concert: December 8th @ 7pm in the SMS Auditorium
• All-City Concert: March 23rd @ 7pm in the SHS Gymnasium
• Spring Concert: May 11th @ 7pm in the SMS Auditorium
• Optional Events TBA: Solo & Ensemble, Honors 6th Grade, etc.
