1. Mediate
Focus on your breathing and count your breaths until you fall asleep

2. Write a Journal
Sometime before bed, jot down some thoughts about your day. If any worries or problems come up, be sure to write down possible solutions to accompany them.

3. Exercise.
Regular exercise provides an outlet for frustrations and releases mood-enhancing endorphins. Yoga can be particularly effective at reducing anxiety and stress.

4. Play music.
Soft, calming music can lower your blood pressure and relax your mind and body.

5. White Noise
Some type of white noise, calming music, or easy to ignore radio can distract your senses, making it harder for you to focus on your anxious thoughts.
