Over time as I helped clients, I started to realize that some people overcame their binge, food obsessing, and food issues, and others continued to struggle.
There are five key shifts that you must make to overcome binging and other “food issues” without having to go on another food plan, count calories, or count days until your next binge...
GUESS WHAT HAPPENED THROUGH THIS "STARVATION" PERIOD?

They lost complete interest in subjects that used to interest them (politics? saving the world? sex?) and instead became super interested in FOOD.
