- He believed in freedom of speech.
- His ideas also contributed to the Bill of Rights.
- He is third because he only belived in freedom of speech, he didn't belive that all people are equal.
SMITH
- Smith belived in a free market.
- Lassez-Faire was a set of rules that summed up his philosophy.
- He had great impact on economies everywhere, but economies aren't as important as rights and governments.

- He thought that the government shouldn't control peoples behavior and that people should be trusted.
- "The Social Contract" was the book he made.
- He is fifth because social structure is not nearly as important as government, economy, or rights.
