As a full-time Realtor since 1996, I have always been committed to excellence in my business and providing my clients with the very best service possible. I found, however, for many agents, that meant doing so at the expense of having a life. I love to spend time with my husband and our two boys, host dinner parties, travel, do yoga, swim and shop for amazing shoes...so I set out to find a way to make great money in my business and still have a life. It turns out that there are ways to do things to increase impact, which makes it possible to make more money in less time. I have done it in my business and, for the last few years, I have been coaching others to do the same in theirs. I am passionate about helping agents make money and have fun again!

1. LET GO OF THE HOW

Russell Wilson threw 4 interceptions in Packers game. The whole team gave up countless yards on needless penalties, the clock was running out. It seemed there was no way they could win the game, but the Seahawks never lost faith. They were united in their goal to win and when one “how” didn’t work, they simply found another. Once you set a goal, your job is to take the actions you know will get you there, it’s the Universe’s job to sort out the “how”.

2. HAVE NO DOUBT

So often we set a goal and then wait around for proof that the goal is a good one, or that it is working before we fully commit. It’s the old chicken vs egg debate. You have to commit first and keep recommitting with every action that you take. Be fearless in your actions and your commitment to your goals.
