1. Believe you can do it

Many of us have a lot of negative scripts about what we are or aren't capable of doing. A lot of this comes not from our own abilities but the ability of our teachers to teach us.

2. Don't stress

Stress robs us of our ability to learn. It closes down the brain's neuro-transmitters and kills brain cells.

Work out your learning style and the best environment for you to learn in. Work out the best time to study. Everyone will be different
