10 Steps to Buying a Home

Published on May 06, 2018

We are REMAX of Valencia and REMAX of Santa Clarita associates. We have completed several classes which we have our home buyers attend before getting too deep in the real estate process. I personally walk through the pre-approval process when it comes to real estate loans and lending. Who is who and what would a process of proper vetting look like when it comes to a Santa Clarita real estate lender? I then take the client all the way to what used to be called the "closing table". What now? - After a client has moved in, what happens next?
