About running and we learnt lots of positions

JUMP

Strengthens your legs

The game that I thought sounded really cool was probably Jumping Jimmy and Jumping Jenny. I thought that it really helped me by concentrate on what I had to do.

Powers your arms

  • Stance your legs
  • Aim with your arm
  • Step into the throw
  • Line up you throw
  • Under arm throw
  • These are the steps you need to do when throwing.
