BASQUE CONFLICT

The Basque conflict, also known as the Spain–ETA conflict, was an armed and political conflict between the Spanish state, France and the Basque National Liberation Movement, a group of social and political Basque organizations which sought independence from Spain and France.

STEP 1
All the countries involved in the riots and fights, can sign a peace treaty stating all arguments and fights are now at peace and they can move on from this incident.

STEP 2
The Basque Conflict was ultimately centered around a dictatorship. They citizens didn't want the dictatorship, a step towards peace could be a democracy, of a vote to elect the new leader.

STEP 3
A lot of deaths also occurs during this conflict, if they could've met at peace immediately many life's would be spared. This could promote countries to reach out to other countries during conflict before anyone gets hurt and come to an agreement on the argument.

The country still isn't at great terms. A way they can reach great terms is to discuss how things went wrong, and try to impact that on your country.

They will have to not be as aggressive ,and they will have to act as a democracy to the citizens.
