• More criminals would be convicted and sentenced to death

• Right of trial by jury
• No more jury and no more fair decisions in court

9TH AMENDMENT

• Enumeration in constitution of certain rights shall not be constructed to
• Deny others retained by people
• Wouldn't be able to do anything that the constitution doesn't state
