Stress is a state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in your life, work, etc.

Crammed schedules - getting everything crammed up in a day/time
Not having enough sleep - have to much stuff to get rest
Being in a rush - never wants to be late
Sports - they make you think weather you're going to win/ lose the game
Academic - they give you stress by trying to raise your grades
Relationships/Dating - thinking too much of what your partner is doing
Traumatic events - trying to face you're fear
Family problems - going through a divorce
Bullying - scared of what he/she can do next
Moving - making new friends
Job application - worrying if you get the job
Body figure - wants to have a good looking body
Driving too soon - worrying how you're driving/passengers
