Amanda Todd:
When she was in 7th grade, she had a web cam, and her and her friends would talk to random people. One day, someone called her beautiful, stunning, and then asked her to flash... So she did.

A year later she got a message on Facebook saying, " put on a show for me or I'm posting your boobs. " He knew everything about her. That night at 4 A.M., the police arrived. The photo was out and everyone saw it. She got really sick, then suffered from anxiety, major depression, and a panic disorder. She moved then got into drugs, alcohol, and started cutting.

the guy who posted the photo made a Facebook with the photo as his profile pic. She cried every night. She moved 3 times and still got bullied. She finally had enough and drank bleach, and the hospital flushed her stomach. People went on her Facebook and posted pictures of bottles of bleach and said, " I hope she sees this and kills herself ."

She thought nobody deserved to feel this much pain. Amanda posted a video using flash cards telling her story on YouTube, then later hung herself on October 10, 2012.

WAYS TO PREVENT SEXTING:

  • Think about the consequences.
  • Never take...
  • Before hitting send...
  • If you forward...
  • Report.

As you can see, sexting can ruin your life. Once you hit send, you can never get that photo back.
