POSITIVE SELF ESTEEM

Confidence:
Having confidence shows positive self esteem because you are confident with yourself and with others.

Optimism:
Having optimism shows positive self esteem because you are comfortable enough with yourself to see the good in things.

The ability to say no:
This shows positive self esteem because you are not afraid to say no to someone. You are able to stand up for things and people.

Walking with your head up: This shows positive self esteem because it shows you are not shy and that you are comfortable with yourself.

Accepting mistakes and learning from them: this shows positive self esteem because you know you made a mistake and want to fix it for the next time to become more successful.

NEGATIVE SELF ESTEEM

Having a negative view on life: this shows negative self esteem because you never are positive and you can't find the good in yourself or situations.

Perfectionist attitude: this shows negative self esteem because you can never accept being wrong and you will never be able to learn from your mistakes.

Always blaming others: this shows negative self esteem because you don't take the own blame of your own mistakes because you aren't comfortable with yourself enough to accept that it's your fault

Dependence: this shows negative self esteem because you always allow others to make decisions instead of standing up and making your own decisions.

Fear of being ridiculed: this shows negative self esteem because you don't have self confidence so you are afraid of what other people will think of you.
