"It's not where you start at but where you end up at"
Someones house can tell a lot about someone and their situation, but you will never completely know until you've been there. I grew up in a small house. And i don't really think it matter where you begin at but where you are 10- 15 years in the future. It is not about how big your house is its about your heart. The family, the memories, the love makes the house a home not the size or cost of the home. I can remember to this day all the fun and laughter and relatives at that house. All of our neighbors. We had this one neighbor who had a huge garden! It took up her whole back yard and most of her front yard. She would always give us flowers. WE would take those flowers home. Then we would put them in a vase and give them to our mom. We never ever wore shoes. Ha we always ran around bare foot! We never thought or wanted to put on shoes. When my dad first started building a shed in our back yard, We played on it because it was our stage and when he finnished we played in it and used it as a play house!

sisters

I have three sisters and no brothers. My older sister and i have had so many memories together; good and bad! For example when my sister and i were younger she teased me about how she was a big girl and how she could use the big girl phone and i had to use the fake phone. So one day we were in my moms room and she got onto my moms phone next to her bed and she dialed 911 for "pretend" cause we were playing "bad guys". Later that day the police came to our door and my sister got into a lot of trouble!! Ha big kid!! whatever :) And then this one time when i was little my sister and i instead of pulling hair and yelling and hitting when we were little we would push each other down the stairs and slam each others fingers in the doors instead. And then one day we went to a pool party and this girl was teasing me about how she could go in the deep end and the slide so I decided to try going down the slide into the deep in and i panacked because I cant swim so I grabbed my sister and stood on her sholulders and almost drownded her because i didnt know how to swim so then a friend of my parents with one arm came in and saved us. To this day I stil cannot swim!

hair

When i was younger I always wanted really long hair. So whenever my mom told me it is time to get your hair cut, I was not very happy, because I thought if you don't cut it, that it will grow faster, and it doesn't.

Parenting

"... dangle upside down from knees and almost break like fancy museum ..."
It is very difficult trying to raise 4 girls especially if they're as rowdy as we were. We would always get into some kind of trouble, weather it be running through the neighbors yard or breaking something nearly impossible to break or being too loud or staying up too late or taking something, just because you wanted it. You didn't know any better because your mother was too busy dealing with other things like cleaning, laundry, dishes, taking care of the children while trying to balance and maintain a household. And its not that we were bad, it was just that our parents had so many other things to worry about like work and the house, school and getting us fed, that they didn't worry too much about what kind of trouble we were getting into because they had a lot of other things to deal with.

shoes

when i was little i would i always go into my moms closet and try on her shoes and walk around in them and nearly fall on my face but it gave me confidence and made me feel cute. and made me look older too. A persons shoes can tell a lot about a person. Say you are going to a business interview if you show up in sneakers, that would say you like to be comfy, bur if you showed up in dress shoes or heals, Than you mean business and you're taking it seriously. If you showed up in slipper than it shows that you don't care.

name calling

Name calling has been around for some time. When you were younger everything was always over dramatic and "oh no my life is over" and you always wanted to be liked and the more you tried to fit in it seems like the more you would stand out and be made fun of. When you were younger that meanest thing someone could say to you was about your mom , or how you dressed, or that you're stupid and have no friends. AS you get older you learn to ignore people like that.

family celebrations

Our family celebrates a lot of things, but my favorite of them all would have to be Thanksgiving or Halloween , because on Halloween you get to dress up, stay out late, and get a lot of free candy; Which is always a lot of fun. And Thanksgiving because you can eat as much food as you want and you just eat and be a bum all day and just hang around with your family. We are currently going to celebrate my sisters graduation. We are having a BBQ! Our family can't come down to celebrate because they live all the way in Nebraska, and they don't have enough money to fly down. So it is going to be mostly friends and some family friends.

First Job

My first job was at crabby mikes, It's a crab shack. I had to stand on the side of the road in a giant crab suit and hold a huge sign. I had to dance around and get peoples attention, which i was honestly trying to avoid as if people couldn't already be looking at me!, I mean I'm in a giant crab suit dancing around near a very busy road. Like how could you miss me!! Some people were nice and others were mean and shouted rude things, and every now and then homeless people would walk by begging for money. That probably scared me the most!! But one Saturday morning I saw a homeless man on a medium begging for money so when my shift got over I did something probably not very smart. I walked over to the man and asked him if he wanted to get a job where i work. He kind of looked at me confused as I told him you never know if you will get anyone to give you money out here so why dont you work where i work, you pick your hours and you get paid in cash up front in 2 weeks and he was a little unsure when I told him but he eventually said, "yeah" and after he said that my mom was there to pick me up from work and she was like What the..!!!!" and picked me up and told me that it was nice of me but he was a stranger and all that stuff.

Bad news

* How to tell bad news to others*
It is very hard to break bad news to others while trying to keep yourself together. I don't think I am a very good advice giver or good at comforting one when they are upset. I can never quit put my words together because I am not too sure what to say. I remember when I was younger and our family had to go to my great grandmothers funeral. I had to be I don't know, probably 5 years old. My parents were very sad and we weren't too sure why. We dressed in all black too and we didn't know why. Or why mom and dad were so sad. We didn't quit understand what dead was. I mean we didn't know she was going to be gone forever. I can't even imagine how hard it was to explain it to us when they were so upset about it. I remember this part the most! When we finally got to the funeral were they slowly bury the coffin my sister and i had these little puppy dogs who singed a song that went like this " Jesus loves me yes I know for the bible tells me so, Yes Jesus loves me the bible tells me so" And as they were lower her into the ground I squeezed the puppy and it sang " Yes Jesus loves me, the bible tells me so" Which was probably embarrising for my parents but nobody seemed to mind.

rock paper siccors

pg. 62
Rock, paper, scissors was always the way to settle a dispute when we were arguing over something we both wanted. For some some reason I always did it in order. I did rock first. Then paper second. And I always thought that rock won over paper! haha, but It doesn't

No last name

pg.65
A name is something that is given to you by your parents when you are born. A name could have run in the family or been a name that your parents just liked. Having a last name makes you feel like you belong somewhere. So if you didn't have a last name then

grown up who plays like a kid

pg.67 aunt shelia
I have a C-R-A-Z-Y aunt! Her name is aunt Shelia. She has 0 children, but treated us as if we were her own. But sometimes she acted a little crazy! We would always play dress up and do our nails, stay up too late and braid our hair. She always came up with the strangest and most wacky games ever to keep us entertained. And whenever anyone asked who was the best aunt we would always reply aunt Shelia. Because she was so much fun!!! It was always play time when she was around. She had this dog named Buddy who we would always cuddle up to at night. He was the sweetest thing and spoiled as ever because you must remember she had no children!!! She always looked at life in a different kind of way, but as we got older she didn't always know what to say. When we had our first crush it was like " Ew boys are gross" or when we got our first bra she thought we were too small. You see as we got older she became less and less fun because we were teens not babies at all.

My first crush was in kindergarten. He was a twin and double trouble they were but bad boys were always cute. He would always getting in trouble for being too loud or making a mess or saying something not so nice.

No speak english

pg. 76
It must be very frustrating not being able to know what someone is saying especially if you don't even know that language. I am taking German 3 and it is very hard sometimes to not only understand what their saying in that language and then convert it into English but also to understand what they mean.

She has dimples and long hair and the prettiest eyes that could just take you away. She is always very skinny and has a sense of fashion. She doesn't need make up shes pretty on her own. Her smile is perfect. She is very nice and outgoing but never annoying. But why are we jealous? Of course she has something we can't have. Yes she is pretty from the outside but did you ever think how she was feeling inside? Maybe shes perfect on the outside but ready to cry on the inside. You don't know. pg. 108
When I get a house of my own it is going to be very colorful. I want my kitchen to be orange. I want my bedroom to be maroon. My living room will be blue like the shade of that background. My laundry room which will be very small with have colorful jelly bean wall paper and the bathroom will be green. If I have a small room it will be for my dogs. The walls will be white with black and brown paw prints all over the wall and picture frames of dogs hanging on the walls this room will hold the
