**Predecessors**
Although it is titled ‘Battlefront’, suggesting a third part of a series (games released in 2004 and 2005), it is considered a reboot. First two parts had a good point and intention, to bring all the action from space to the ground. Regular rebels and stormtroopers alike became the focus of the game, opposed to Star Wars game serials KotOR and Jedi Outcast where you could play as a Jedi. In order not to take all the fun from the game, occasionally, players would have the opportunity to play as Luke Skywalker or as Darth Vader. This new game takes that same recipe but reshapes it completely.

**Look and Feel**
Starting from the fact that EA Games stands behind this project, we can expect good atmosphere, high-end graphics, and great voice acting. Players can switch between two views, and to play as first-person shooter (which is good for controlling regular troops) and third-person view (for special characters). Since Republic Commando, there was not good FPS Star Wars game, so this one will be quite a refreshment. Also, it is possible to utilize a wide array of vehicles both on the ground and in the air, all of them faithfully transferred from the movie.

**The point**
The quite similar case as with its predecessors, Battlefront does not have single-player mode but is rather an online-oriented type. The game is set on one of the several planets from the Star Wars universe. Icy Hoth, jungle-covered Endor, Sullust and Jakku (stated to be available through downloadable content pack) are so far known to be featured. The list might be longer, simply because three planets are not enough. You can choose between two warring factions, Rebels, and Empire. Each has its own goals which need to be fulfilled, in order to win the match. Going further from simple “respawn, kill or be killed” formula, the player gets the real feel of a common purpose. For example, flying in your Snow Speeder, your task will be to trip over AT-AT using cables, just like in the movie, in order to help your teammates on the ground to hold their position. 

**The cost**
The Beta phase of the game is free for all to play, with the sale planned to start in November. Ranging from $50-$110, the price is a bit high. Over nine million players were involved in Beta testing, with at least the same number of sold copies estimated. This speaks loud enough to be understood that even a bit higher price is not an obstacle. As for system requirements, here is the list of recommended configuration:

· CPU: Core i5-6600 3.3GHz or AMD FX-8370
· Graphic card: NVidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB or ATI Radeon R9 290
· RAM memory: 16 GB
· OS: Win 10 64b
· HDD: 40GB
· DirectX: 11.1

As you see, the game is quite demanding, fans with gaming laptops may have problems when it comes to hardware. Consider upgrading your PC with more RAM, new graphic card and SSD hard drive, then sit back and enjoy the game!
