Mountain biking the Death Road, considered the world's most dangerous road, attracts thousands of thrill-seeking cyclists to Bolivia every year to try the 40-mile ride that descends 11,000 feet from the snow-capped Andes to the rainforest. The Old Yungas road was constructed in the 1930s to link La Paz to a steamy jungle region known as the Yungas. It has taken many lives over the years, but continues to be one of Bolivia's main tourist attractions.
