• Finding the point in pointless by thinking of how it could help you even though you may not really need it.

BOREDOM

• Usually being bored means you have lost the motivation to do something
• Being bored could help you find a different way to do work or listen (finding a new path)

* to put something off until later on

* it’s a good idea to use a method such as putting you thoughts and to dos in a “parking Lot”

Listening

* making sure not to be judge mental before hearing the whole "thing

* you want to hold things aside for later after you have heard something so that you can do something such as over-reacting
