PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Cut and crush the fruit to break the cell wall
Put 15 ml of liquid soap to melt the fats of the cell membrane
Put one spoon of salt and 15 ml of water to melt the soap
Divide the liquid part from the solid part with a strainer. In the liquid part dissolve the DNA
Insert the liquid part in a test tube and add 5 ml of pinapple juice to divide the DNA from the histones.
Add 5 ml of alcool 95 grades at the test tube and don’t shake it.
Alcool lures the DNA and makes it visible
