FEBRUARY 2015 REVISED Gifted & Bullied:

Published on Nov 22, 2015

This Haiku Deck supports a presentation made in January 2015 on stories and lessons from families of gifted/2E kids who have experienced bullying. The actual stories were shared orally in the talk, but the Haiku Deck offers a useful overview of the issues and solutions.

Note that I have a book forthcoming on this topic from GHF Press. More information can be found at www.RedWhiteandGrew.com --> Research

The bully "solution"
--the resolution of both aggression and pain--
is found not in "zero tolerance" policies but in the reconnection of hearts with minds. And it starts
with the thoughtful management and care of the self.
