PRESENTATION OUTLINE

IT ALL STARTED IN 1963.

1963, the year I was born. I was born in Philadelphia, raised in Maryland, and I started in the mortgage business in 1986 right out of college. I now do residential mortgages in all 50 states.

I'm not quite sure what year this is, but that is my brother on the left in the white jumpsuit. And I am on the right. I have no idea where my parents got those outfits, but I'm glad they are a thing of the past.

I GOT THEM AS A GROWN UP.

As I said, I got into the mortgage business in 1986 right out of college. I was a loan processor my first year, and then I was a loan officer in 1987. I have also been a branch manager and vice president. I am currently a senior loan officer with 1st Mariner Mortgage. Putting together mortgages, helping the consumer, and trying to offer the latest technology and best use of systems is my passion.

THEN I GOT A WEBSITE.

In 1995 I bought a laptop, and In 1996 I bought the URL www.getloans.com. I have been using it to offer information and education to the mortgage consumer ever since.

YOU CAN GET PRE-QUALIFIED.

There are many things that you can do on my website, one of them is to get pre-qualified. It is essential to know your parameters well in advance of even looking for a home. There are also things that might come up during the pre-qualification process that we may need a lot of time to address and fix. So it is critical to get pre-qualified as early as possible.

YOU CAN APPLY FOR A LOAN.

When you have found a home and written an offer that is accepted, it is time to formally apply for a loan. You should complete the loan application by clicking on the "Apply" button, and bookmark the pertinent documentation checklist to send in the necessary documents to us.

SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR THE LOAN.

At this point you would click on each section and determine what supporting documents that you need to send in for your formal loan application. You can send in the documents via overnight mail, they can be emailed as PDF attachments, or you can upload them directly to our system.

USE THE MORTGAGE CALCULATORS.

I have mortgage calculators to determine a monthly payment, print an amortization schedule, analyze fixed-rate versus adjustable rate mortgages, calculate renting versus buying, and more.

GET EDUCATED WITH VIDEOS.

You can watch "Tucci TV" to get educated on various topics about the mortgage process. You can also learn about me on some of these videos. I try to be as transparent as possible in discussing the service that I offer.

AND READ MY BLOG.
