The Journey

Where each week takes you
Everyone wants to create perfect content for their readers. Some have found the area where enjoyment meets action and they are fine to stay there until they drain every last drop out of the reader.

That shouldn't be the way content creation works. Instead of exhausting the reader, we need to be exhausting other areas and discovering different ways to build perfection each week.

The journey starts with understanding where and how to do this.

The White Tiger of Perfection

It's pretty scary, right?
Have you ever thought about what you would do with perfection once you found it?

Perfect content is like the white tiger, very rare in existence, however, they do exist.

You do all the right things to get yourself in the area where the target is, you've researched and developed content, but what happens when it all falls into place?

Do you have what it takes to bring it all together?

Where Does It Take You?

You search everywhere...
No, you're not tramping through a rain forest, or trudging through a deserted wasteland, you are exploring the regions and ideas of the mind. Opening areas that want to stay closed and trying to understand how you can find these gems to retain perfection.

They say half the battle is in the search.

Bull crap.

Searching is the easy part. It's putting everything that you have found in your search together to create that perfect piece of content.

It's A Trap!

Don't Fall Prey To This Pitfall...
Redundancy in your writing is one of the biggest pits you can fall into.

Why?

Because as humans, we get used to doing certain things a certain way. Along with everything else, writing is no different because we get used to writing a certain way and can't see the "bad" in our writing that we're delivering to the reader.

The best way to do this is to keep the content goggles off by continually reading other prominent people, cultivating new ideas, and always pounding Evernote with fresh content.

So How Do I Find Perfection?

Every Great Article Has Something In Common.  A Story

Storytelling

A great story integrates and involves the mind to do physical work to deliver the message that you want the reader to receive.

A great story details emotional relevancy and connects the reader with your main point.

Understanding that there is a story with anything and everything that you want to write about is a testament to building perfect content every time.

Still don't understand?

Imagination!!

Tell a great story, you know the one I'm talking about. The one that kids love to hear over and over because it has captivated them to enjoyment.

Is content writing so simple as to dumb it down to elementary storytelling?

The simpler the content, the more action you will find people doing on it.

You don't need big words, nor do you need to try to impress anyone with elegant writing, all you need to do is play to the imagination of their minds, get them involved and you will start to see perfection emerge.

Listen

They will tell you how to write to them
Social listening is a favorite technique I like to use because it takes a lot of the search out for me.

People will tell you what they want to know about, what their interests are, etc.

Social media is a plethora of people spilling their guts over different things and all you need to do is target the right audience and serve it up to them on a silver platter of stories.
