• 1 achievement: mud houses with 800 rooms
• 2 achievement: they used road networks for trade and made turquoise jewelry,woven baskets, and black and white pottery

MISSISSPPIANS

• Located along the Mississippi River
• Had many farmers and made a surplus of many foods and supplies
• Population grew and soon their territory would expand

ADNEA/HOPEWELL

• Located in the Ohio valley
• Built elaborate mounds for their dead people up to 40 ft high
• They grew enough food to live off of ( squash,corn,barley)
