Black or blue pens.
NON-erasable!
NO Gel Inks.

Erasable inks may fade in the scanning process.

Gel pens are also not allowed due to the potential for smearing during the scanning process.

Any other colour of ink might not provide sufficient contrast for examiners to view in the e-marking software.

Soft pencil for diagrams.

Hard leads (H) may make too light a mark to be visible in the scanned document.

DO NOT BRING!

Candidates bringing unauthorized materials into the exam room risk an academic misconduct case for breach of regulations.

Food

See Ms. De Jong if you have a medical requirement, otherwise, make sure you eat a good breakfast/lunch before you arrive at the exam. Feed your brain!

There will be a short break between papers if multiple papers being written on the same day (e.g. Paper 1&2 for sciences or history).

Drinks other than water.

This is an expectation of the International Baccalaureate Organization, not just TFSS.

Only water will be allowed at candidates' desks during an examination.
