SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS

250 g of Spaghetti

3 l of water

250 g of cottage cheese

150 cc of cream

some leaves of mint

some  cinnamon

some black pepper

some nutmeg

some salt

some sugar

tools

PRESSURE COOKER

casserole

steps

Pour the water to warm in the PRESSURE COOKER until boil

Warm the cream over low heat on the casserole

ADD TO THE SAUCE THE COTTAGE CHEESE

Add salt to the sauce 

add sugar to the sauce 

ADD THE MINT TO THE SAUCE

add some black pepper to the sauce

add some cinnamon to the sauce

add some nutmeg to the sauce 

stir the sauce with the spoon

add some salt to the sauce

put the spaghetti into the hot WATER

then use the fork to stir it

When the spaghetti are "al dente" STOP THE COCTION

use a wrInger to drain the spaghetti

cut some mint leaves

serve the SPAGHETTIS IN A PLATE AND   add  some SAUCEI

and the cutted mint leaves

DO IT WITH LOVE!
