Monkey Tails

Ingredients

• 10 Popsicle sticks
• 5 very ripe Bananas, peeled and halved crosswise.
• 1pkg. (16oz) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1Tbsp. Butter
• 10Tbsp. Flaked coconut or nuts

Freeze Bananas

• Insert Popsicle stick into the cut end of the banana.
• Lay on cookie sheet lined with wax paper.
• Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

Melt Chocolate

• Just before you are ready to take out the bananas, add chocolate chips and butter into Wilton Chocolate Pro Electric Melting Pot and switch to "Melt".
• Stir periodically until chocolate is almost melted, then switch to "Warm".
• Continue to stir until all chocolate is melted.

Dip Bananas

• Take frozen bananas and dip into melted chocolate using a spoon to make sure it is all coated.
• Roll bananas in topping if desired.
• Place on wax paper-lined cookie sheet and place in freezer until chocolate is hard.
• Serve
