  • What do you consider self care?
  • What kinds of things, activities, time, people, boundaries, music, dancing, books, pictures, food, sleep, connection etc do you need to be at 100%
  • Teach people how to treat you by treating yourself well.
  • Bring on the joy train

EXERCISE- The JOY LIST

  • Write down some things that give you joy
  • simple pleasures, good meals, outdoor activities
  • Think of your senses and go from there.
  • Come back to this list when you feel like you don't know how to find joy.
  • This is YOUR Vitamin C

WHAT’S YOUR VITAMIN C?

FIND SOMETHING TO MAKE YOU FEEL SAFE, SATISFIED AND SOOTHED.
Without Vitamin C we will wither and then die. Think of self-care like vitamin C. Find something that makes you feel safe, satisfied and soothed.

  • You deeply believe you have the ability to adapt, survive and thrive
