why abstinence?

  • Getting pregnant while practicing abstinence is impossible.
  • If a man’s sperm never enters a woman, she can't become pregnant.
  • It helps you focus on more important things in life.
  • You are able to build a real relationship without sex.
  • You will also be preventing STDs and STIs.

  • A diaphragm is a latex pouch placed in the woman before sex.
  • A female condom is similar to a diaphragm, but can only be used once.
  • A male condom is a plastic bag that collects the sperm.
