Support Acceptable Behavior

  • Look around and be observant at all times
  • Greet guests on arrival
  • Serve guests promptly and in order
  • Make regular contact with guests
  • Constantly attend to all areas
  • Bid goodbyes to guests as they leave

Low Level Problems

  • Be alert, look around and be on the move
  • Spot signs of trouble and respond immediately
  • Remain calm and approach respectfully
  • Make your presence felt, run interferance or provide distraction
  • Issue straight-forward directions
