  • Produce poor quality products
  • Occupational immobility
  • Costly administration

MISALLOCATION OF RESOURCES

  • Inefficiently allocated
  • Difficult planning
  • Accurate forecast are almost impossible
  • Planners imperfect knowledge of situation
  • Plans can become obsolete before importation

  • Prices are kept under control ,so everybody can afford
  • Decrease unemployment as government provides jobs when production level increases
  • Elimination of waste resulting from competition
  • Less inequality in wealth
  • Guaranteed standard of life . As long as you're willing to work or meet production quota
