A. I BEGAN MY OWN TRAINING IN THIS PARTICULAR STYLE IN 2008, INSPIRED BY MY RESULTS I KNEW I WANTED TO BE A TRAINER

A. FITNESS SHOULD BE A WAY OF LIFE AND NOT SEEN AS A CHORE OR PUNISHMENT.

Q. WHY DID YOU BECOME A STRENGTH COACH?

A. I FIND IT MY PERSONAL GOAL EACH DAY TO INSPIRE MORE WOMEN TO LIFT AND BE STRONG.

Q. HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR PROGRAMS?

A. EVERY MOVEMENT, EXERCISE, AND LIFT WE DO IS FUNCTIONAL AND CAN BE MODIFIED FOR ALL LEVELS.

Q. WHAT DO YOU DO IN SPOKANE TO STAY IN SHAPE?

A. I ENJOY PLAYING ABOUT EVERY SPORT, WATER SPORT, RUNNING, YOGA AND SPEED SHOPPING.

A. I LIKE TO READ BOOKS AND ARTICLES RELEVANT TO OUR MEMBERS, TRAINERS AND TRAINING STYLE.

A. I AM PROUD OF THEM ALL, IT WOULD BE TOO DIFFICULT TO CHOOSE

A. MY MUSIC PREFERENCE CHANGES DAILY LIKE MY WORKOUT..I REALLY LIKE MACKLEMORE RIGHT NOW.

A. I DON'T REALLY HAVE ONE BUT I DO GET EMBARRASSED AND ANXIOUS AT TRADITIONAL GYMS WITH LOTS OF MACHINES.
