Recognizing The Need

How do we replicate excellence across the district?
We have seen pockets of excellence across the district. How do we replicate isolated events to transform the district?

Examples of excellence shown during presentation:

-Immigration Station reflection using Padlet by Holt Middle School Students

-"HappyKat" advertisement by FHS Economic students

-FHS Spanish Art and History presentation using Haiku Deck

-Lord of the Flies Glogster by McNair Middle School Student

Questions To ask

  • How are technology purchasing decisions made in your district?
  • How do you plan for technology integration in the classroom?
  • What is your district's technology planning process?
  • How can you establish a catalyst and sense of urgency?
