9/11

WHO AND WHEN

• Took place on September 11th 2001
• A terrorist group called al Qaeda was responsible
• Their leader was Bin Laden

WHAT AND HOW

• Four planes were taken over, the hijackers believed they were doing this for God
• Two crashed into the twin towers
• Another one crashed into the pentagon
• And the last one into an open field in PA after the passenger attacked
• The last one was headed for the White House when the passengers attacked

OUTCOME

• The people of the USA seem to stereotype the Middle East.
• Also the airport now has super advanced technology and is super careful.
• There is a 9/11 memorial where the twin towers used to be in New York City
