The fastest growing companies in the world, are not necessarily the ones that have the best sales and marketing. They dont have most investment, and they dont necessarily have the best talent (though they do have happier employees as a whole).

Taking a holistic approach to the business improvement will yield higher results than focusing in only one area. Once you make improvements in all the areas, create the congruence and harmony, then and ONLY then will you see the massive growth you've been dreaming of.

Google is constantly Top 10 employer in employee happiness charts.
Companies that have great brands also focus on taking care of their employees. But they continually focus on improving every facet. They dont just focus on sales/marketing. It has to be backed with substance at the other end.
