HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?

  • It's the process of how we burn fat stores
  • We store fat in a number of ways
  • Visceral fat
  • Intramuscular fat
  • and Subcutaneous fat
  • What are these types
Invite your audience to join the conversation and encourage them to participate in the discussion.

Include the hashtag in the beginning of the webinar so that your audience can jump right in to the discussion.

Visceral fat is bad news, it lines your organs and too much may leave you liable to health issues such as diabetes

Make sure to include a slide mentioning your major sponsors and supporters.

Intramuscular fat (yes your muscles will marble just like beef steak!) is the fat stored in your muscles. When these fat stores are full then you will store body fat (subcutaneous fat)

Including a slide outlining the webinar helps your audience by laying out the flow of the webinar and helps your audience keep track of what you'll be discussing.

Subcutaneous fat is the fat you store directly under your skin, it's the most visible and what we all associate as "body fat"

If the webinar will be recorded for playback at a later time, make sure to let your audience know.

When you change your eating habits and begin to exercise regularly in an attempt to get leaner and fitter you lose fat in that order!

Webinars will usually allow listeners to make comments and ask questions during the show; tell your audience where and how they can ask their questions and give feedback.

So.......You have changed the way you eat, and started taking regular exercise.
Stage 1 - you'll begin to burn visceral fat - you won't see much change in your shape but you may "feel" leaner/skinnier

Will you be sharing links to resources and tools at the end of the webinar? Let your audience know up front to avoid any confusion.

Stage 2 - as you progress in your training and maintain you improved eating habits your body starts to burn intramuscular fat stores. You will feel you are toning up, and may begin to see changes in the mirror

Introduce the topic of your webinar - is it a problem you're helping to solve, a service, or giving a tutorial? Give a brief overview.

Stage 3
Finally your body will begin to burn your subcutaneous fat (hurrah!!) to fuel your bodies needs. Now you will not only feel leaner but you will start to look leaner

So the point is too many people who want to change how they look and feel give up too soon as they believe they are putting in all that effort and seeing no improvement

So.... STICK WITH IT!!
Like the duck swimming in the pond, there may not be much going on at the surface to begin with but its all going on underneath out of sight!!
