Halcyon Realty Group utilizes a consulting approach to understand what you need and want for service first. We then provide choices based on your input that clearly define what, how, when we get paid, who pays, and how much it costs to represent you.

In addition to the fees associated with representation, Buyers should be aware of the other fees associated with the purchase of a home. We review these estimated costs with you early in the process so there are no surprises. If you require financing, your lender will provide a detailed estimate of their fees as well.
