WHAT IS IT?

  • Stress is the feeling when you either worried or uncomfortable
  • It can give you a stomachache or a headache
  • You may feel frustrated, angry, scared or afraid

REASON

  • Many thing can cause stress in our life
  • You may feel stressful when your parents are fighting, you're having problem in school or anything else which makes you upset
  • Also, if you are too busy it can cause stress

WHAT CAN I DO IF I GOT STRESS?

  • It's good to talk with adult you trust like parents or teachers
  • It might help you drop something (when you're busy)

  • It's good to try yoga
  • Relax for some times
  • Do some exercises
  • Enough sleep and eat healthy food
  • The best way is keep balance

  • Emotional = it is feeling
  • Social = it can be hard to communicate with people because you're worrying about something
  • Physical = stress causes terrible stomachache or a headache
